About the role
We are looking for experienced freight dispatchers who can also recruit and manage Owner-Operators for our network of U.S.-based trucking companies.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads, communicate with brokers and manage driver schedules.
- Recruit, onboard and manage Owner-Operators.
- Handle multiple high‑volume loads simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with drivers and brokers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in freight dispatching and Owner‑Operator recruitment.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
- Detail‑oriented, organized and self‑motivated, ready to start immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency with logistics software, ELD systems and load boards.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry best practices.
