Executive Lounge Manager

About the role

The Executive Lounge Manager (ELM) supports the Front Office Manager in leading daily operations of the Swiss Club Lounge at Swissôtel Clark. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, and operational efficiency for VIP arrivals, departures, and lounge services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Swiss Club Lounge’s day‑to‑day operations and service delivery.
• Manage VIP guest arrivals and departures, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to maintain high‑quality offerings.
• Maintain guest profiling and uphold service standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule lounge staff.
• Ensure continuity of operations in the Front Office Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
• Strong background in hotel operations, preferably front office or executive lounge.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and property management systems (PMS).
