Executive Assistant – Venture Capital Firm

About the role

TNB Aura, a top‑quartile venture capital firm in Singapore, is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior management. Based in Bonifacio Global City, you will manage travel logistics, calendars, and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and expense claims.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure seamless travel logistics.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
• Produce reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Organise meetings, events, and business engagements.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
• Support ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Proven experience handling flight, hotel, and travel bookings for executives.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Based in or able to commute to Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
