About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a foreign executive within a large conglomerate. The role is based in either Makati or Laguna and requires strong organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. This is a direct‑hire position offering a competitive salary up to 250,000.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Support cross‑border coordination and executive priorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a conglomerate.
- Experience supporting a foreign executive or working in a multinational setting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and professional demeanor.
