Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted extension of the CEO, supporting strategic discussions, managing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of business initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, discretion, and excellent communication to represent the CEO professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, email, and meeting priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
• Draft and respond to correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
• Track action items and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and business discussions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Finance Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in investments, private equity, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting or portfolio tracking is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
