About the role
EMAPTA is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimator to join its remote team. You will support the Australian cleaning and facility services market by preparing accurate tenders, quotations, and cost analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Develop tenders and quotations for cleaning and facility services projects.
- Calculate pricing, cost estimates, and profitability margins.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure bid accuracy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of pricing data and market trends.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
