Estate Architect – Sustainable Property Development

About the role

The Estate Architect will ensure consistent implementation of design guidelines and architectural standards across Height Realty’s estates. You will oversee architectural aspects from construction through fit‑out and operational phases, guaranteeing quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce approved estate design guidelines, standards and development controls; review proposals, drawings and material submissions for compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, detailing and material quality, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support property management by monitoring finishes, façades and common areas, recommending repairs or refurbishments.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, consultants and contractors on architectural requirements and design meetings.
• Establish inspection checklists, maintain records of reviews, non‑compliance reports and approvals, and prepare compliance reports for management.
• Assist sales, leasing and operations teams with design‑related inquiries during client engagements.

Required profile

• Registered Architect (PRC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years experience in luxury or high‑end property/estate development.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, finishes and façade systems.
• Experience in site inspection, fit‑out monitoring and design compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM (advantage).
• Familiarity with building codes and architectural standards.
