About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented ESI Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Pasig. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate potential hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and best recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach with strong organizational abilities.
