E&S Compliance Engineer – Environmental & Safety

About the role

Moog is seeking an experienced E&S Compliance Engineer to lead environmental and safety compliance activities at its Baguio City site. The role reports to the EHS Lead – Environmental Compliance & Supervision and works onsite to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate regulatory data, inspection evidence, compliance calendars, reports, training records and closure documentation.
• Support site compliance with OSH program, chemical safety, process safety, construction safety and emergency response requirements.
• Identify hazards and environmental aspects, evaluate risk, recommend controls and verify implementation with process owners.
• Prepare, review and submit DOLE, PEZA and internal EHS reports within authority limits.
• Lead 6‑8 compliance projects, develop procedures and training materials, and monitor process‑owner compliance.
• Participate in internal/external audits, agency inspections, incident investigations and corrective action tracking.

Required profile

• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Safety or related).
• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in EHS compliance, safety engineering, regulatory reporting, risk assessment, auditing or management‑system implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) and Industrial Ventilation in high‑risk or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of the Philippines Fire Code, National Building Code, NFPA standards and Philippine OSH standards.
• Certification: at least DOLE SO3; OSH Practitioner preferred.
