Equipment Owner

About the role

The Equipment Owner is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and operation of production equipment and its auxiliary parts. This role ensures that finished goods are prepared according to standard specifications while continuously improving equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and operate assigned equipment and auxiliary components.
• Prepare finished goods within defined specifications.
• Improve and sustain equipment results and standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, FSSC, and regulatory requirements within the job scope.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑4 year technical or vocational program (e.g., Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Aircraft Maintenance) or an engineering undergraduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control).
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and holidays if needed.
