Equipment Maintenance Technician (Technician 1)

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Technician 1 to join its equipment maintenance team. The role focuses on keeping production and test equipment operating reliably in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures.
• Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs.
• Support equipment upgrades and calibration activities.
• Travel to other sites up to 10% of the time as required.

Required profile

• Technical background or vocational training in electronics, mechanical systems, or related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or test‑lab environment is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Willingness to work a crewing schedule based in the Philippines.

Required skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Mechanical assembly and maintenance.
• Use of hand and power tools for equipment servicing.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures.
