Entry-Level Reports Analyst

About the role

ISTA Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Reports Analyst to join its growing team. This entry‑level role offers the chance to work on data‑driven projects, support reporting needs, and develop basic visualization skills while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle level‑2 ticket requests, maintain and update data as needed.
• Gather, clean, and organize data from databases, spreadsheets, and other sources.
• Create and maintain simple dashboards, charts, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Use intermediate functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and Google Sheets Query to analyze data.
• Document data‑analysis processes and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong and to cover night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, including the Query function.
• Experience with basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Basic data cleaning, deduplication, and validation abilities.
