English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our learning center and guide students through the Eye Level Self‑Directed Learning (SDL) method. The role focuses on building confidence, independence, and problem‑solving abilities in learners of various ages.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and guide students using the Eye Level SDL approach.
• Monitor student progress, review worksheets, and provide timely, individualized feedback.
• Create a supportive, positive learning environment that encourages student ownership of studies.
• Conduct assessments and communicate progress, recommendations, and program benefits clearly to parents.
• Stay aligned with Eye Level teaching standards, program updates, and best educational practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
