Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor will lead the on‑site maintenance team at our Cabuyao facility, ensuring that all production equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently. This full‑time position focuses on planning preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and coordinate repairs for production machinery and facility systems.
• Develop, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and process‑related problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to meet operational and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to equipment reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Technical education (degree or diploma) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or FMCG packaging environments, preferably in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, root‑cause analysis, and basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cabuyao, Laguna and coordinate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting.
