About the role
We are looking for an Engagement Manager with a strong telco background to lead the end‑to‑end success of our most strategic client accounts. The role combines executive‑level relationship management, AI/ML solution delivery, and P&L ownership to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the trusted partner for senior client executives, steering quarterly business reviews and aligning road‑maps.
- Translate GenAI Factory, Agentic AI and Data Platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes that expand client budgets.
- Govern multi‑squad programs from discovery through hyper‑care, ensuring security, compliance and delivery rigor.
- Own account‑level P&L, managing revenue, margin, forecasting, invoicing and collections.
- Lead pilots‑to‑production journeys on AWS, embedding cost‑optimization, security and evaluation guardrails.
- Build and coach high‑performing cross‑functional squads, fostering accountability and innovation.
Required profile
- 8–15 years of experience in consulting, systems integration or product‑led services, with at least 3–5 years of account‑level P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to engage senior client stakeholders, run QBRs and manage escalations in complex organisations.
- Demonstrated track record of growing client relationships and shaping proposals or SOWs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing models, change orders and contract negotiations.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or an MBA (preferred).
Required skills
- GenAI concepts (RAG, Graph‑RAG, guardrails, evaluation).
- Data platform technologies (ETL, catalog/lineage, Iceberg, Delta, Redshift).
- AWS services: S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS, IAM.
- CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Modern data‑stack tools: DBT, Glue, Lake Formation, Apache Airflow.
- Familiarity with Azure and GCP.
