Design Engineer – Hospitality Network Design

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Design Engineer to support network design projects within hospitality environments. The role involves creating accurate documentation, diagrams and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain network design documents and visual diagrams using Visio and PowerPoint.
• Interpret floor plans and topology diagrams to translate requirements into network layouts.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
• Update and manage project information in CRM or project‑management tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com or HIVE.
• Continuously learn and apply hospitality‑specific networking concepts.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to hospitality network environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with CRM or project‑management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, HIVE).
• Technical background in networking, preferably with exposure to hotel or hospitality networks.
