Enablement Consultant

About the role

The organization is a leading business software provider in Australia and New Zealand, delivering a cloud ERP platform for mid‑market companies. Reporting to the GM of Customer Success and Experience, you will focus on building and sustaining capability uplift programs for the ERP and payroll L2 support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver ongoing upskilling programs aligned with at least two major Acumatica product releases per year.
• Create job aids, talk guides, troubleshooting scripts, and coaching tools that integrate directly into engineers' daily workflow.
• Develop capability frameworks and learning pathways that define performance standards by role, level, and tenure.
• Establish coaching infrastructure for team leaders, including briefing packs, calibration frameworks, and regular coaching rhythms.
• Produce eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and AI‑enhanced design tools such as LearnAI.
• Implement measurement frameworks to track speed to competency, skill embedding, and behavioural change.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in enablement, L&D, or customer success within a B2B SaaS or structured BPO environment.
• Demonstrated ability to move beyond training to change how teams work.
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and face‑to‑face workshops, including senior stakeholder sessions.
• Awareness of change‑management principles to embed new ways of working.

Required skills

• Proficient with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using AI‑driven content design tools (e.g., LearnAI).
• Performance‑support design experience – job aids, playbooks, coaching tools.
• Ability to measure impact through speed to competency, quality scores, and behavioural change.
