EHS & Sustainability Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the role

The EHS & Sustainability Coordinator supports global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and sustainability programmes for our client. This hybrid role focuses on data management, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and reporting across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly safety walk‑rounds across UK&I sites, document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Produce weekly and monthly H&S performance reports and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain training compliance and matrices for First Aid, Fire Marshal, Manual Handling, DSE and other mandatory qualifications.
• Schedule and support internal and external ISO 45001 audits, manage evidence logs and corrective‑action plans.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 management system.
• Collect, validate and report environmental data for global operations.
• Prepare external sustainability disclosures for EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, NHS Carbon Reduction Plans and other ESG requests.
• Support the closure of actions arising from inspections, incidents, audits and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Data‑driven professional with strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Experience in EHS and sustainability programmes across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage training compliance, audit schedules and corrective‑action tracking.
• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
