About the role
The Banca Educator designs, delivers and evaluates learning programs for the life insurance business. This role covers the full training cycle from needs analysis to curriculum design, classroom delivery and impact assessment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training and ongoing up‑skilling sessions for the sales team.
- Identify learning needs through client consultations and curriculum reviews.
- Develop training materials for product launches, system updates and process roll‑outs.
- Manage logistics, travel and material preparation for on‑site and off‑site sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records and performance reports.
Required profile
- University graduate with at least 3 years of general training experience, including 2 years in the insurance sector and 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino (additional local dialect preferred) for both written and oral communication.
- Strong facilitation and classroom management abilities; certifications in adult learning or digital learning are a plus.
