Information Technology Instructor

About the role

The Information Technology Instructor will deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions on core IT topics, with a focus on Windows and related technologies. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Taguig, combining on‑site teaching with work‑from‑home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and customize course materials for diverse audiences.
• Conduct instructor‑led classes and facilitate hands‑on labs.
• Support learners through questions, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Contribute to e‑learning modules and digital training content.
• Stay current with industry trends, certification requirements, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Information Technology with practical experience in Windows environments.
• Proven training and teaching skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with e‑learning platforms and digital delivery of training content.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a learner‑focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are highly advantageous.
• Ability to design or customize training materials and assess learner progress effectively.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Taguig and collaborate with cross‑functional training teams.
