About the role
Drive eCommerce operations through data mining, CRM, Shopify, SEO content, reporting, and admin support across multiple brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and support the online presence of several brands.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data mining to extract actionable insights.
- Manage CRM systems for customer data and interactions.
- Maintain and update Shopify stores.
- Create and optimise SEO content.
- Generate regular performance reports.
- Provide administrative support for multiple eCommerce brands.
