Dispatch Supervisor – Manila

About the role

The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily inbound and outbound vehicle operations for a busy warehouse in Manila. You will coordinate internal fleets and third‑party logistics providers to maximise load factors, ensure timely deliveries and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise vehicle capacity, balancing internal and 3PL resources.
• Monitor line‑haul and last‑mile milestones, developing contingency plans for peak periods.
• Respond quickly to transit disruptions such as breakdowns, traffic delays or cargo damage, coordinating internal and external resources.
• Audit transportation invoices, analyse fuel, toll and outsourcing costs, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure all drivers and vehicles meet local traffic regulations and safety requirements, conducting regular training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics dispatch or fleet management, preferably in cross‑border e‑commerce or major courier environments.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine road networks, traffic patterns and local restrictions.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Valid Philippine driver’s licence.
• Ability to work shift‑based or flexible hours to support peak‑season operations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
