About the role
We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our logistics team in Ortigas. You will work night shifts on‑site, ensuring smooth transportation operations while enjoying fixed weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
- Track shipments in real time and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide direct support to drivers, answering queries and facilitating smooth deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and generate performance reports.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently and adhere to a fixed weekend‑off schedule.
