Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will join the pre‑opening commercial leadership team for Mandarin Oriental Makati, a new 5‑star luxury hotel slated to open in 2026. This senior position is responsible for shaping the hotel’s revenue strategy, establishing systems and processes, and driving performance from pre‑opening through post‑opening stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s revenue and distribution strategy across all business streams.
• Design and implement revenue management systems, forecasting models, and inventory controls.
• Monitor market intelligence, conduct opportunity analysis, and adjust pricing and channel tactics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align revenue goals and communicate strategies.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and set Relative RevPAR targets.
• Oversee demand management, channel performance, and market share growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in revenue management within luxury or upscale hotels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to launch revenue functions for new hotel openings.
