Director of Operations

About the role

The Director of Operations leads the country’s operational excellence and transformation, ensuring successful business operations. The role works closely with key stakeholders to drive business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to coordinate and optimise processes and workflows.
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimise large‑scale operations, overseeing more than 1,000 full‑time equivalents.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, standard operating procedures and industry regulations.
• Implement cost‑saving measures that optimise resource utilisation, increasing revenue and profitability while minimising operational costs.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of managerial experience in logistics, banking, manufacturing or financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
