About the role

The Director for Enterprise Operations will lead company‑wide initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and embed robust governance across all business units. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that operational frameworks support scalable growth and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑wide operational standards, workflow templates, and control mechanisms.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and the tracking of operational performance metrics.
• Drive large‑scale transformation projects and continuous improvement programs across multiple departments.
• Partner with business leaders to align operational processes with strategic objectives and ensure scalability.
• Monitor financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and compliance with governance policies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in operations, transformation, or general management.
• Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience managing multi‑team or multi‑department operations.
• Solid financial, reporting, and KPI management capabilities.
