Director, Finance Shared Service Centre

About the role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Director to lead its Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the Philippines. You will be responsible for scaling the SSC to support rapid growth while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of core Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Record‑to‑Report processes.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute a multi‑year strategy that builds scalability and resilience across O2C, P2P and R2R.
• Lead a high‑performing organization of 200+ FTEs, driving operational excellence through digitalisation, standardisation and automation.
• Maintain strict SLA/OLA compliance, resolve escalations quickly and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure robust compliance with internal controls and local regulations (BOI, BIR, SEC).
• Promote a data‑centric performance culture using real‑time dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with regional/global process owners and transformation teams to implement high‑impact improvements.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to embed new ways of working and boost team engagement.

Required profile

• 15+ years of SSC/GBS experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading 150+ FTE multi‑tower operations (O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Strong technology fluency with major ERP and procurement tools.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people, drive engagement and build high‑performance cultures.
