Digital Process Automation Specialist

About the role

The Digital Process Automation Specialist designs, builds, and optimizes end‑to‑end digital workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and AI‑enhanced productivity tools. Working closely with business teams, the specialist translates operational needs into scalable, reliable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, RPA, and approval processes.
• Integrate automation with Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Planner, Outlook, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze existing processes, map current and future workflows, and ensure solutions meet accuracy, stability, and compliance requirements.
• Configure Teams‑based collaboration flows, implement SharePoint document automation, and create AI‑assisted solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Builder.
• Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to drive user adoption and gather feedback for refinement.
