Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Officer to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads and deepen customer engagement. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical abilities with a deep knowledge of digital platforms and emerging trends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across website, social media, email and search engines.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve results.
• Create and coordinate engaging content such as posts, videos, graphics and website updates.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and external partners to produce high‑quality digital assets.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Perform regular SEO audits and optimise website content for visibility.
• Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), handling budgets and tracking performance.
• Track, analyse and report campaign metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent branding and alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with proactive problem‑solving capabilities.
