Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Knauf Philippines is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to support the execution of its digital marketing strategy. The role focuses on maintaining owned platforms, publishing digital content, setting up nurture communications, monitoring leads, and delivering insightful digital reports.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain website content, pages, and assets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Publish blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets following approved copy and brand guidelines.
• Implement and manage nurture communications, automated journeys, and related platform requirements.
• Track website traffic, page performance, downloads, enquiries, social metrics, and marketing leads; provide observations and recommendations.
• Ensure proper implementation of UTMs, pixels, events, and asset tagging across digital tools.
• Support digital campaign execution, including forms, landing pages, tracking, and platform setup.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors on scope, deliverables, and timelines; prepare procurement documentation.
• Perform additional duties to support Marketing and Sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing automation.
• Hands‑on experience with social media, SEO, SEM, and HubSpot.
• Ability to work onsite in Arcovia, Pasig four days a week and one day remote.
