Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Maxicare’s end‑to‑end digital marketing function, aligning strategies with business goals and driving brand leadership across all online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, including channel mix, budget allocation and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee paid media across social, search (SEM), display, programmatic, video and influencer campaigns.
• Lead organic social strategy, content calendars and community engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage website content, SEO optimisation, user experience improvements and new web feature roll‑outs.
• Set and monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Onboard, manage and evaluate digital agencies and key vendors, ensuring budget adherence and performance targets.
• Mentor and develop the internal digital marketing team while collaborating with Brand, Product, Customer Care and IT teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, insurance or tech.
• Proven ability to create integrated digital strategies and drive measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven optimisation.
• Experience managing agency relationships and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organised project‑management capabilities.
