Digital Marketing Assistant / SDR (Meta Ads & GoHighLevel)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant / SDR to own the marketing funnel from lead generation to booked consultations. You will manage Meta advertising campaigns, operate the GoHighLevel CRM, and create automated SMS and email workflows to maximise qualified bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, monitor budgets and KPIs such as CPL, CTR and conversion rates.
• Analyse performance data, identify issues and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Maintain the GoHighLevel CRM, respond to new inquiries within 24 hours and guide leads through the sales funnel.
• Build and manage SMS and email automation workflows, ensuring CRM data accuracy.
• Support Instagram engagement, create organic content and manage lead magnets.
• Provide weekly optimisation recommendations based on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Business Manager.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience designing SMS and email automation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and highly organised.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to work independently.
