Digital Health Officer

About the role

The Digital Health Officer joins MedGrocer’s operations team to ensure smooth delivery of virtual care services. You will coordinate daily activities with healthcare professionals, manage escalations, and use data to drive service improvements for our telehealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and create quarterly HCP schedules based on demand.
• Address and resolve escalations from HCPs, patients, and corporate accounts.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare client reports to identify process improvements.
• Implement data‑informed solutions and track project milestones.
• Support training, development, and engagement of the HCP network.

Required profile

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
