About the role

The Digital Growth Expert will lead the strategy and execution of digital acquisition, adoption and engagement initiatives across Globe’s online platforms. The role focuses on optimizing the digital funnel, leveraging AI‑driven personalization and ensuring seamless omni‑channel experiences that drive customer growth, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies across paid, owned and earned digital channels, optimizing reach, conversion and cost efficiency.
• Design high‑impact digital marketing campaigns using paid media, organic content and audience segmentation.
• Optimize SEO, SEM and content marketing to increase organic traffic and discoverability.
• Implement AI‑driven personalization and automation tools to create hyper‑personalized experiences.
• Analyze conversion rates at each funnel stage, identify bottlenecks and run A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Manage ad performance and ROI across Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and CX teams to ensure smooth transitions from marketing to sales to onboarding.
• Deploy dynamic retargeting campaigns based on user behavior and intent signals.
• Track, analyze and optimize customer behavior metrics, monitor CX KPIs and develop predictive analytics models.
• Build and maintain a real‑time Digital Acquisition & Adoption dashboard.
• Leverage AI‑powered engagement tools such as chatbots, push notifications and automated workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing and growth strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, CX and technology teams.
