About the role

The Digital Finance Rotational Trainee Program is a 20‑month, internationally‑virtual rotation designed for high‑performing graduates or early‑career professionals. Based in Manila, you will rotate through four finance‑focused areas, gaining deep finance expertise, technical fluency and an AI‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across Global Finance Center of Excellence, Global Commercial Finance, Citizen Development/Process/Product Management, and project‑based business case realization.
• Analyze financial data, create visual dashboards and automated reports to support strategic decisions.
• Participate in AI and data‑analytics initiatives, contributing to process improvements and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting or a finance‑related field, with internship or work experience in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting financial data and presenting insights.
• Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative, adaptable attitude.

Required skills

• Python, C++ or JavaScript programming.
• Data analytics, data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Automated reporting and API integration knowledge.
