DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to scale and secure our Kubernetes‑based production platform. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliability, improve automation, and strengthen security across our cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production workloads on on‑premises Kubernetes clusters and Amazon EKS.
• Deploy, upgrade, and manage applications using Helm or similar package managers.
• Troubleshoot cluster‑level and workload‑level issues, including networking, storage, and scaling.
• Implement Kubernetes best practices for security, RBAC, and namespace isolation.
• Support AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, security groups) and manage it as code with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, root‑cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities in container images, base images, and third‑party libraries.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Promote DevOps and cloud‑native best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing production workloads in Kubernetes, preferably with Amazon EKS.
• Experience deploying applications with Helm or comparable tooling.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python.
