DevOps Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer II to maintain and improve our cloud environments. You will work closely with Cloud Architects and global users to ensure high availability, security, and performance of our AWS‑based infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to cloud incidents, portal access issues, and security alerts.
• Assist users with access requests and Day‑2 troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain health of cloud environments (patching, backups, anti‑virus, performance thresholds).
• Implement and migrate IaC resources using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bitbucket pipelines, and related tools.
• Create and maintain runbooks and support documentation.
• Follow ITIL processes for change, problem, configuration, and incident management.
• Support development, modification, and release of IaaS/PaaS code, including pipeline distribution, bug fixing, code review, and automation scripting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services, especially data‑related services.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts (VPC, SG, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
