Deployment Project Manager (ATM Deployment)

About the role

The Deployment Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for low‑to‑medium size ATM deployment projects (ATMaaS Turnkey). You will manage end‑to‑end installations, de‑installations, branding, software upgrades and re‑programming while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple ATM deployment projects simultaneously in a client‑facing capacity.
• Coordinate pre‑deployment planning, review project scopes and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project records in QuickBase™ and Oracle™, track progress, and produce status reports.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage escalations, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Oversee logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and invoicing, including change requests and out‑of‑scope billing.
• Provide accurate deployment forecasts and maintain >95% on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or project management experience in ATM deployment or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
