Demand Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and supply plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support our brands and ensure optimal inventory across distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Warehouse teams.
• Identify demand uncertainties, business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead S&OP presentations on supply status, challenges and recovery plans for assigned brands.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across all distribution centres while minimizing excess stock.
• Monitor inventory aging, flag obsolete stock and ensure product freshness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand & supply planning, buying or procurement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
