Data Scientist – AI/ML Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our AI‑driven transformation team. In this role you will design, build and scale machine‑learning solutions that create measurable business value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models that enhance customer experience, boost revenue and improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions and move projects from pilot to production.
• Ensure models are production‑ready, including training, documentation and handover to operations.
• Monitor model performance and quantify impact such as cost savings, efficiency gains and faster resolution times.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote adoption of AI solutions throughout the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data science, machine learning or analytics (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning techniques such as regression, classification and clustering.
• Knowledge of data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of model deployment and production environments.
