Data Research Specialist I

About the role

The Data Research Specialist I will maintain and update customer data repositories, ensuring high data quality, security, and accurate entry. This role supports analysis, application development, and data‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer information databases (data marts) for internal and external use.
• Manage information security, data protection, data quality, and data exchange processes.
• Enter and verify contact information through manual processes and perform web searches to validate law‑firm, corporate, academic, tax, bar, and government data.
• Validate and acquire data from external web sources, adhering to data‑cleansing guidelines.
• Ensure error‑free delivery of data and uphold the highest data‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Ability to follow set instructions and processes to complete work.
• Prior training or related work experience in database management, data mining, or customer segmentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
