Data Modeling Professional – Cebu

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeling Professional to design, develop and maintain robust data solutions. You will create data pipelines, ensure data quality and implement ETL processes that move and transform data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with client teams to capture business requirements and translate them into data models.
• Conduct discovery workshops and design sessions to shape the solution architecture.
• Produce data‑modeling deliverables, obtain stakeholder sign‑off and maintain documentation.
• Develop solution blueprints, scope projects, and provide accurate effort estimations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years focused on data modeling.
• Strong requirement‑analysis and technical solutioning abilities in data and analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Client‑facing experience and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Dimensional modeling, 3‑NF modeling and NoSQL database modeling.
• Cloud database design and modern data platform experience.
• Data transformation, data‑warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with data‑modeling tools such as Erwin or ER Studio.
• Knowledge of Data Vault, graph database modeling, RDF, document DB modeling, ontology and semantic data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud data engineering, cloud data integration and data‑architecture principles.
