Data Analyst – Hybrid (Cebu)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Cebu team in a hybrid work setting. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights that support business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to generate business insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency and integrity through quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Required skills

• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data‑modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes and cloud‑based data platforms.
