About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service and Experience team in the Philippines. The role involves handling inbound communications and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Inform customers about the status of their inquiries.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct dialogues politely and professionally.
- Capability to manage large volumes of information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with PC and basic office programs.
Required skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and other specialized software.
