About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service and Experience team in the Philippines. The role involves handling inbound communications and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer complaints.
  • Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Inform customers about the status of their inquiries.

Required profile

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to conduct dialogues politely and professionally.
  • Capability to manage large volumes of information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency with PC and basic office programs.

Required skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems and other specialized software.
