About the role
Helpware is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its growing Cebu team. The role is fully chat‑based, serving as the first point of contact for website users and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide real‑time support to website users via chat and email.
- Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Record all interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM.
- Enter data accurately into CRM and other cloud‑based tools.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by client or Helpware managers.
Required profile
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience in client support or customer service is a plus.
- Basic technical aptitude and comfort using web applications.
- Proactive, empathetic, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
