Customer Supply Chain Project Manager

About the role

FrieslandCampina is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Project Manager to strengthen project management capability within the Commercialization team of Customer SC AMC. You will lead medium to large‑scale, cross‑functional projects that accelerate new product launches and drive innovation in Consumer Dairy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects such as New Product Development, tenders, market roll‑outs, local redesigns, contingency initiatives and CAPEX‑related innovations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through design, execution and closure.
• Gather business requirements, define scope, build feasibility studies and business cases.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timeline, resources, budget, risks, quality and organisational needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor project controls and adjust stage‑gate plans as needed.
• Identify, mitigate and communicate project risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure structured communication, reporting and hand‑over to the business.
• Evaluate outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in FMCG or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and business case development.
• Ability to lead and coach teams in a matrix organisation.
• Proactive, structured and result‑oriented mindset.
