Customer Success Specialist - Spanish

About the role

Join Maersk as a Customer Success Specialist focusing on Spanish‑speaking customers. You will develop relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and business outcomes while supporting sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support Client Managers and build long‑term trusting relationships to ensure customers realize full value from Maersk solutions.
• Assess customer progress, drive adoption, usage and business value, and quickly resolve challenges by leveraging internal resources.
• Manage contract renewals, tender handling and CAT allocation, coordinating with customers to meet commitments.
• Collaborate with front‑line sales on account planning, goal setting and marketing strategies, and communicate service or rate changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field (or any undergraduate degree).
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service support.
• Willingness to work in Pasig City on a permanent night‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
