Customer Success Specialist – SaaS Onboarding (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to lead the onboarding of our SaaS clients. In this remote, full‑time position you will guide new customers through the setup of our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and early adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual training sessions and product demos for new clients.
• Assist customers in configuring and integrating the SaaS solution into their workflows.
• Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and client progress.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in delivering training or instructional sessions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on client success.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adhering to a morning shift schedule.
• Availability to work weekdays with weekends off.
