Customer Service Representative with Sales Experience

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with strong sales experience to conduct high‑volume outbound calls to CEOs, business owners, and key decision‑makers. You will build rapport, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce products and services and generate sales opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and communicate product value.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and follow‑ups professionally to move prospects through the sales process.
• Research and gather key information about prospects and businesses to support effective conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect information, call outcomes, and follow‑up activities.
• Update trackers and sales records to monitor completed calls, leads, and follow‑up activities.
• Organize and maintain digital files and relevant sales documents.
• Coordinate with the team regarding qualified leads, pending follow‑ups, and other sales‑related tasks.
• Meet assigned daily call, lead generation, and sales activity targets.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, confident speaking with CEOs and decision‑makers.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, B2B sales, or lead generation.
• Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and high‑volume outbound calls.
• Willingness to work graveyard/night shift and onsite.
