About the role
The Customer Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for clients after they have booked a property. This role focuses on handling post‑booking inquiries, processing various requests, and resolving any complaints to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding their bookings.
- Process client requests such as documentation, schedule changes, and service updates.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the company’s system.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requests.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English (and preferably Filipino).
- Ability to handle multiple client issues simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
